Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead field service operations, industrial rental equipment readiness, and customer support activities. This role oversees technicians, coordinates projects, ensures equipment reliability, and delivers exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily field service operations, schedules, and team performance
  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and readiness of industrial water rental equipment
  • Coordinate staffing, equipment, and resources for customer projects
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
  • Serve as a key contact for customer needs, updates, and issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot field, equipment, and operational issues
  • Train, mentor, and develop field service employees
  • Track inventory, service records, and operational documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency
Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in field service, industrial water treatment, or related operations
  • Leadership or management experience
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
  • Technical or vocational training
  • Experience with pumps, filtration, UF, NF, RO, and DI systems
  • Relevant certifications

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Physical & Schedule Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in industrial and field environments
  • Willingness to travel nationwide, including short notice travel
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
