Responsibilities
- Lead daily field service operations, schedules, and team performance
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and readiness of industrial water rental equipment
- Coordinate staffing, equipment, and resources for customer projects
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Serve as a key contact for customer needs, updates, and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot field, equipment, and operational issues
- Train, mentor, and develop field service employees
- Track inventory, service records, and operational documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in field service, industrial water treatment, or related operations
- Leadership or management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Technical or vocational training
- Experience with pumps, filtration, UF, NF, RO, and DI systems
- Relevant certifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in industrial and field environments
- Willingness to travel nationwide, including short notice travel
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
