Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Regen Plant Supervisor to lead daily operations of our Resin Regeneration Plant. This role is responsible for safety, production, quality, team performance, and efficient plant execution. You will oversee personnel, coordinate workflows, ensure equipment readiness, and drive performance to meet production goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily plant operations with focus on safety, production, quality, and efficiency
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop plant team members
  • Assign work, manage staffing coverage, and hold team accountable to performance standards
  • Run shift meetings and communicate daily priorities, goals, and deadlines
  • Oversee resin unloading, transfer, regeneration, remixing, QC checks, and loading
  • Monitor plant systems including pumps, air systems, tanks, filtration, RO, and EDI equipment
  • Coordinate trailer loading/unloading, inventory readiness, and production schedules
  • Troubleshoot operational, process, and equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Enforce safety policies, PPE, SOPs, and chemical handling procedures
  • Maintain accurate production logs, quality records, and KPI reporting
  • Partner with internal departments to support business priorities and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in plant operations, industrial water treatment, or resin regeneration
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial environment
  • Strong computer skills for reports, logs, and documentation

Preferred:

  • Technical or vocational training
  • Experience with DI, RO, pump systems, or utility equipment
  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, and process improvement

Physical & Schedule Requirements

  • Hours: 7:30-4:30, Full Time
  • Location: Houston
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical work in industrial and outdoor environments
